Beer Cheese Dip

Try this recipe out for your next party!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 8oz. cream cheese, soft

  • 2oz. Bell-View Beer Mustard

  • 2 tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic

  • 6oz. shredded cheese (cheddar)

  • 8oz. of an amber colored beer

  • 2 sliced of cooked bacon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Then place combined mixture in a small crock and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Serve with favorite chips or pretzels.
