blueberry Crisp

This recipe features our Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves!

Blueberry Preserves

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or quick-cooking)

  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter melted

  • ½ cup halved walnuts

  • 1½ tsps. ground cinnamon

  • 1 jar of Bell-View Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves

  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Mix all ingredients (except preserves and cornstarch) in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Press half of mixture into a 6 x 6 inch baking pan.

  4. Mix preserves and cornstarch into a separate bowl and add on top of the 1st layer of the mixture.

  5. Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the preserves and bake for 45 minutes.
