Honey & Garlic Stir fry

Honey Garlic Chicken stir fry in a black bowl.

This is an easy weeknight dinner that’s sure to satisfy your family.



INGREDIENTS:

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ½  cup Bell-View Natural Clover Honey

  • 4 tbsp. Bell-View Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic

  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

Chicken Marinade:

  • 1lb. chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp. coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

Other:

  • Hot Cauliflower pieces

  • Sesame seeds

  • Rice noodles

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pound out chicken breast and then chop into bite sized pieces. In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients with chicken. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. For best results, 24 hours.

  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat, working in batches. (3-5 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate until all chicken is cooked through.

  3. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and let simmer over medium heat. Once a bubble has reached, let sit.

  4. Return chicken to skillet over low heat and add sauce to the skillet. Toss chicken.

  5. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Then add rice noodles to skillet and mx.

  6. Garnish with Bell-View’s Hot Cauliflower and sesame seeds.
