Hot & Sweet Vodka Sauce Pasta

This recipe features our Chopped Garlic and our Hot & Sweet Chopped Onions. You Could also add in our Narrow Dutch Egg Noodles!

Hot and Sweet Chopped Onions
Chopped Garlic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6oz. Bell-View Hot & Sweet Chopped Onions

  • ½ cup vodka

  • 1 28oz. can of crushed tomatoes

  • 16oz. heavy cream or half & half

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

  • 1 tbsp. oregano

  • 1 tbsp. basil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • Favorite pasta

RECIPE:

  1. Add Hot & sweet Chopped onions to a pan and heat through. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix in crushed tomatoes and spices then cook for 30 minutes

  3. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.

  4. Serve over pasta.
