Pumpkin sauce ravioli

For this recipe we used our Taste the Fruit 1st Pumpkin Butter!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. butter

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View’s Chopped Garlic

  • 10 oz. pumpkin puree

  • 2 oz. Taste the Fruit 1stPumpkin Butter

  • 1 ½ cup half & half

  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced

  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • fresh pepper

  • 20 oz. store bought fresh meat and cheese ravioli

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package. 

  2. Melt butter in a pan over low heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and stir, cook for 3-5 minutes to get the garlic nice and fragrant. Then turn heat up to med/low.

  4. Add the pumpkin purée and the Taste the Fruit 1stPumpkin Butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the half and half, whisking to incorporate, and then add in the fresh rosemary, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

  6. Turn heat up to medium and bring it to a low boil, once it’s at this point turn heat back down to low.

  7. Pour the cooked ravioli in to the pumpkin sauce, mix and serve.
